These Red-crowned Amazons (aka Mexican Red-headed Amazon) have been all over our neighborhood the past few weeks. They often appear in huge flocks in the Morning or Sunset.

I had a chance to hear Dr. Ravi Zacharias at a Men's Breakfast in Pasadena.
I remember my father praying for him and his ministry (http://www.rzim.org) during our evening prayers when I was a boy. It was nice to finally meet him.

The Smashing Pumpkins
I got to see the Smashing Pumpkins live at the Gibson Amphitheater. They were one of my favorite bands in college. Yeah, Billy Corgan is a little older and chubbier and the entire crowd was in their mid 30's but aren't we all. It was a great time.
